Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a contract. Every engagement starts with a free strategy call, after which we share a written proposal covering scope, timeline and pricing. Work begins only after both sides agree in writing.

Payments & cancellations
Payment terms, deliverables and cancellation notice periods are defined in each client's individual agreement. Monthly retainers can typically be paused or cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

We take full responsibility for the quality of our work. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by factors outside our control, such as advertising platform outages, policy changes by Google or Meta, or market conditions.
